Our estimators analyzed every scope item β structural systems, mechanical/electrical works, faΓ§ade materials, and interiors β to ensure financial clarity across all project segments. Using the latest digital takeoff tools and value-engineering principles, we created a data-driven cost model that supported early investor decisions and architectural refinement.
